2 weeks ago this parcel had been released from Customs, and the parcel is still nit here from Mississauga to Calgary. The parcel took 6 weeks to get from the Us to Canada. I had a parcel from Germany to Calgary (via the US) take 7 days via UPS!!! I understand there is COVID but this is ridiculous.

I ordered the item 2 months ago and according to the tracking it is still sitting in Chiba at an airport. Totally unacceptable!

Twice now i have paid for expedited post. First took 3 weeks. Second one arrived in Mississauga Friday, today id Tuesday and it had just been processed. Fedex and UPS can run circled around you.

The worst service. The delays with Canada post are really unacceptable in comparison to the service provided, even during these difficult times by couriers. I lit has taken 2 weeks for abysmal package to move from Ontario to Quebec. There isn’t even an estimate when it will arrive at its destination and that is Expedited!

My parcel has been sitting in Montreal for the last 8 days! It should be on its way to Saskatchewan. Very disappointed

Paid for 2 business this is 4 days still not delivered. I hate dealing with Canada post. Take money and their guarantee is crap. Give me the extra money back that I paid for express service. Even with crossing provinces for me to drive would have been faster

A parcel that is more than 4 weeks over due (sitting in Richmond BC May 20 until Jun 15) has tracking from USPS & Canada Post. US tracking in Canada is faster than Canada Post. Why is that??

This was supposed to be delivered in 7-9 business days. It’s now closer to 20! I understand everything that’s going on with this virus but it’s still stuck in Ontario!

Stop accepting packages if you can not deliver on time! You are stealing our money with express and not on time ..shame on you

The tracking service doesn’t get updated. My package was picked up a week ago, still says it was picked up and no new activity. It is coming from only 2 hours away it shouldn’t take a week of no new changes to my package.

I sent a registered mail on June 9th from Scarborough to Milton and as of today, June 17 it is still in transit in Mississauga

Canada Post is the best service ever during Covid-19. I really appreciated whoever working in the post office in the difficult situation like these days. Thank u so much! I sent any documents to Immigration for my PR processing by Post Canada. I really trusted them!
