Pretty good service...but not always dependable.

Zero rating. Mailed parcel Xpress post March 24,2020. It is June 10th and parcel has been sitting in Regina!!? What do the workers do???

Xpress post guarantee to deliver in 2 days! My package was mailed March 20th,2020 and still hasn't arrived to its mailed address. What is going on here at Canada Post. 3 months and package has vanished in Regina!!! Terrible service and NO knowledge of its whereabouts!!

If it comes from Mississauga or Brampton sorting facilities, it takes weeks to receive. I am cancelling Amazon Prime because they use Canada Post.

What you are doing guys over there since more than 6 weeks I still could not receive my small parcels. May be Canada Post must be sold to some one who can give to us good service.I think that people don’t want work there .It’s a real pity

Your shipping times are terrible

Typical crown corporation who doesnt make an effort no wonder other carriers can run rings around Canada post. Why bother this covid crisis has showed everyone how under staffed and incompetent the management is. Time to clean house

Parcel takes too long to deliver

Your tracking either doesn't tell you when it is coming or it will give you date then change it daily!!!!

The only thing worse than the speed is the tracking

Package picked up June 2nd. Is 100km away (1hour Drive) was expected by June 5th. Now is expected by June 16th. Takes Canada Post 14 days to deliver 1 hour away. I could tape the package to my chihuahua and he’d deliver it faster than you.

My package has been sitting in Calgary for two weeks now and hasn't moved. Very frustrating.

My package was to come DIRECT from Saskatoon to Edmonton 4 days ago. It should have taken no longer than 2 days. Instead of coming Direct, it was sent to Winnipeg (the opposite direction) and then to Regina. My package has been there for 2 days now and has not moved! I don't understand why Canada Post does not grasp the concept of DIRECT Shipping!! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed!!!!

Ordered package june 1, Vancouver to Kamloops. So far it's gone Vancouver to Richmond, Richmond to Montreal, Montreal to Richmond, Richmond to Montreal and back to Richmond now it's in transit again. I mean come on. Hope to get my parcel some day. Very disappointed.
