So late all the time...

Loosing parcels regularly, deliveries are very slow and tracking very poor.

I paid for a tracked package. It said 10 day shipping. I understand it is business days and during covid it is going to be slower, but it says it was last seen in British Columbia like two weeks ago. The person on the other end in Australia said he sees it on his end as being at least in Australia. Why pay for a tracked package if it's not tracked.

My package left Calgary, went to Montreal on its way to Hfx, and 6 days later was back in Calgary. Totally unacceptable when I paid $23 for shipping.

Service is absolutely terrible and continues to get worse.

Mailed my son important papers, CCR, bank statements, T4, up north, from an Estern Ontario town (6 hour drive), unfortunately I listened to the postal clerk and had it delivered regular mail, had my return address on it. Mailed it March 4th, neither one of us has yet to get it. Courier pigeon would have been more trustworthy.

These guys have no idea where my package s. At 8am notification says it is supposed to be delivered today but their website shows that it is still in Mississauga at 5pm!!!!!

It takes forever to get a parcel that's not even an hour from my house

Every. Single. Time. They ship me something it's ALWAYS late. Never have that issue with FedEx or UPS or even local guys yet Canada Post always manages to make things come late. Useless.

Have not received package. I have waited a month.

Sent a package two and a half weeks ago and the tracking number hasn’t moved since May 30! Rediculous service

14 days to send something to NS from ON and it is still floating around in Ontario.

Fairview post office is horrible the post master thinks she is better then everyone , no one there can answer any questions, always issues with parcels , they are ignorant and if they don't like their job maybe they shouldn't work and represent Canada post cause they are making you look bad
