Consistently inaccurate regarding stated delivery date. Unless Canada Post has a time machine, my package of definitely late.

This was already a broken system BEFORE the pandemic - this has just given them the excuse they need to camouflage their lack of accountability.

I paid extra to have my package shipped fast if you couldn't deliver you shouldn't take my money to do the job. Package was shipped on the 13th of May never started to move till the 25th when I was supposed to receive it within 2 days

Bought a laptop for my 12 year old daughter cause she's stuck at home and needs it for online school , it was picked up on the 20th from Mississauga (an hour from my house) !!! , Still haven't received it, wish I could have picked it up myself !!! Already 6 days to dropped off an hour away, Kife!!!

My Express Post Envelope is still not delivered from over a week ago to my Insurance company. Time sensitive which was why I paid $14.00 to send it for next day service.

Sent medical supplies overseas! For the price of such a small pkg. it was criminal! No updates as to where pkg. is although we should be able to track it. This is bogus!

Been waiting over a month for my package. Last update was may 2nd. Absolutely brutal.

Why is it so hard for Canada Post to simply tell me where my parcel is ..... I know it was in Charleston SC then Miami Fl. Then Fort Laudrrdale Fl. Then Atlanta Ga. Then Detroit Mi. And finally Pearson Airport..... I just want to know where it is on the delivery schedule is all ..... Geez

Very poor service. Shiped an item on May 8th, from Ottawa to Kingston. today is May 25th, item has'nt arrived

Give a tracking number and it says you are using the wrong delivery method
