Absolutely terrible. I have 2 packages that have not updated for 3 weeks. You can not request to have packages be delivered to the post office. I am moving in 3 days. I ordered these items the beginning of April and nobody at Canada post can help put a request in for a ticket or request to have the packages held at the post office. The rules of delivery are that anyone at the address may sign so someone else may take my packages after I move and there is nothing I can do. I even requested to have them delivered to my new address. I feel like I offered several options to have Canada post help me but the Rep I spoke to didn't even see if anything can be done. I have never felt more helpless in my life.

Sorry but I expected a lot more from Canada Post. Expected delivery just doesn’t cut it. And why does a small parcel go from Mississauga back to Barrie when it had already been there? I have been a writer of letters and cards since I was 8 or 9. Things certainly went smoother then and without the automation!!

Would rate zero if an option. Terrible service at exorbitant cost. Inefficient process from start to finish (whenever that may be).

This is a terrible service I will never use Canada post parcel delivery ever again. Parcel has apparently stuck in Mississauga for days!!!

Just checked shipping and my package arrived in Quebec instead of PEI. I sent a very special heartfelt gift out to a friend in need and now someone else has it. I’m heartbroken and devastated.
