I'm very disappointed that my daugther sent a package from Australia to me in Canada it left Australia on April 17th 2020 and I'm yet to receive it. When I track it I get no info except when it left where is my parcfl

Slackers! Stuff stays in Transit in the same spot for weeks at a time! This is ridiculous! Get the stuff to your customers... Not good.

Tracking said it would be delivered by May 21 (15days after shipment). I received notification on May 22nd that it is only in Montreal (about half the distance needed to travel). It was shipped from SK.

Paid for express post not left in 16 days very bad service can't contact any one about my parcel

Mailed an xpress post envelope on May 14 to Chelsea QC from Escuminac QC and today is May 22 and has not arrived yet !!

Horrible tracking terrible shipping times It has been 9 days since ship from B.C. to London On. No sign of package and tracking just says shipped.

I have 3 parcels sitting in canada distribution centers for weeks. 2 of which are express post.

I had a package be over a month late and it was Canada posts fault. They had no idea where it was and it was in my area every day being taken out on foot and not delivered. Canada post also has delivered my mail to the wrong house on so many occasions. I hate canada post!!

you guys are the worst! i've been waiting for my package for a month now which is normaly around 5 business days and then when i tracked the package today it says you left a note on my door indicating where i need to pick it up! i never lever leave the house waiting for it there was no ring no knock or what so ever and there was no note on my door! and when i called your customer service after waiting on the line for 30 mins the rep said that the driver didnt left the package because maybe he felt that its not safe to leave i can tell you my front door is very safe because other couriers able to leave any package ring the bell and leave. and your agent said that you guys never leave a note but it says online when i tracked it that you left a note! i even paid the customs fees online to avoid picking it up in your office! you are the worst courier ever and this is not the first time i had issues with you!

It says my package is in glacé bay but it’s been 4 days and it still says glacé bay and I don’t got it

Soooooooo slooooow guess I'd go slow to if the government would just pay me anyways.
