Tracker is not even updating

What the hell happens to all the parcels when they get to Mississauga depot.. It's like the black hole there.. They go in... but they never come out.. Are they all thieves in there? Are they all just lazy and nothing ever gets done? I don't get it.. You pay so much for delivery within our own country to mail something and this is the service you get.. Disgusting

Items mailed on May 8 from Quebec and were supposed to arrive on the 13th. Were still in Montreal on the 19th. Lousy service.

it left the original country April 20 1 month later still have received it and its ridiculous to be waiting this long

Why on earth does my parcel have to go to Winnipeg in order to get to Clearwater bc......

I sent a package on April 29th to South Korea on May 19th the only thing they tell me is that it went to Toronto and is "shipping". Paid a fortune for tracking and insurance. Very poor service.

Slower than they need to be, they all seem to act entitled

Shipment picked up a week ago, still no tracking information. Really disappointed.

Asked for it to be there faster then regular mail paid for it to get there asap. Took over 5 days should have saved my money and send it regular.

The mail delivery system is the most miss managed delivery service out there. you pay extra for quicker service but get worse service every time alway an excuse for why your parcel went the opposite direction it's intended for

At 65 years old I have never been so continually disappointed with Canada Posts. Twice in a row my deliveries are poof in the wind till you get around to it. Thank you for nothing and I am not ordering anything from anywhere that sends through you. Never mind a star should minus five

Sent package to buyer in Brampton tracking # 0395188000969918 and is sitting in Mississauga since Wednesday package was supposed to be delivered in three days it’s now five days. This buyer may not buy again from me.
