I am shopping online and am only recieving about 2 out of 10 pages. It's super slow and as soon as items arrive in Canada they seem to just disappear. You can't even track them.
1st time I used the Tracking number on line simple and very easy to find parcel and all details excellent I lived it

since March 8th my parcel has sat in customs and not moved. I can't seem to reach anyone with info as to why or when steps will be taken to push forward or send back to retailer so that I may get my refund.

I sent a parcel to Mirabel Qc. The same day my brother in law sent one to Daytona FL. His got their in 7 days while mine is still sitting in London Ontario. Why is that? One would think that the mail would move better in our own country.

Worst available shipping service. Often delivery atrempts aren't made and packages go straight to pickup location. Employees at pickup locations seem to always be on break and the hours are not very flexible. I

It's the worst service! It' s processed on April 9th but it is still in mississauga. It's just a document! You holding my document for over a month. So I resent the document to korea with korean mail service and it was same price. It took just 4days. While you holding mine, I resent my mail to korea and then received the letter from korea in return and I sent a gift to my mom to korea again for the mother's day and she received the gift 4days ago. Korean also suffering from Covid 19 and also heavy shipping level because they do online shopping than before. It' s same situation with korea. But korean mail service alwayes gave me detail information and update frequently. And there is good kind customer service on the phone. It's different. I tried to understand you in this crisis time. I was really sorry about courier having tough time. But finally I was upset with your irresponsibility. NO UPDATE AND NEVER GET THE PHONE with such a idolent attitude. It was really imfortant letter. I know korean little bit impatient but that's why they respond promtly to Covid 19.
