A package was put in the system with a packing slip on April 28 - expedited mail. It is now lost in the system and I cannot find anyway of locating it. Not a good system

I can always rely on Canada Post to deliver on time. Thank you postal workers!

The updates are at least 4-5 days after it’s processed . Not at all helpful

why pay for expedited service and not get it

General Question on Postal Routes Why is it when I order items from the US that leave the US from Chicago are routed to Montreal and not Toronto. I live in Cobourg which very close to Toronto and 100's km's from Montreal, the carrier logic does come with any sound credibility.

USUALLY FAST AND EFFICIENT....BUT MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED BY EXPRESS POST AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS.......7286247000114000...I LIVE IN MONTREAL QUEBEC AND THIS PACKAGE IS GOING THE WRONG WAY.....DOES CANADA EXPRESS POST REALLY CARE.........

Tracking parcel is a joke

I wish i could speak to delivery directly, i watch my packages leave a place 1 hour away go to Usa then back to another place and im think wow i could of had it with the actual order I already recieved but no it travels everywhere and its really sickening thats why you get low rating. Rant over.

Your delivery , for the price of it , is the pits . You put a date in and three days later the parcel is still not there. And please don’t use the Virus as an excuse. The parcel is only going from Bathurst to Halifax.

I was supposed to receive a package on April 23 2020 tracking #1023038205095345 I did not receive the package even though it was supposed to be delivered.when will this be corrected and when will I receive my package it's already been 4 months.

I mailed a parcel on apr 9!ans it’s still not there. Been sitting in missasauga for 3 weeks
