You lost our parcel now I can't get thru to report it our item shows received at post office but nothing further .

Very slow delivery compared to private courriers

Service is unbelievably slow. My package was estimated to arrive on Monday.... it hasn’t even left Richmond and (to my knowledge) as that was the last place it was scanned on April 23rd! So frustrated when the estimated delivery time is not even within 24h of accuracy.

Parcel arrived in Toronto in three days. Bravo.

I was supposed to get my parcel April 24, 2020. No parcel. I check online with tracking and it says delayed, processing error possible and delivery is now April 28, 2020. No parcel delivered. The apps are not useful at all. One spot tells me it is Burnaby possible and another spot states it is was in Regina in April 23rd, 2020. So useless app and Canada post phone line was a waste of time. I was in the queue waiting to speak to a person and the call dropped. Very convenient. I called back and waited for 25 minutes in the queue and basically lost interest. Very dissatisfied with Canada post and a courier company seems a better choice as fees are comparable.

I would give no stars but not possible. Sent a parcel to Montreal xpresspost with a correct address label printed out by post office. Days passed and no delivery. Before it could be tracked, pkg was returned to me in Toronto. To add insult to injury, I was charged 14.50 to get my pkg back. More than 30.00 paid. Next time will send UPS.

paid for express 3 days and customer did not received parcel yet going on 3 weeks

As usual very little information and very very slow with deliveries AND sometimes the parcels go back and forth across Canada. Canada Post needs a complete makeover !!

Canada Poste Package Tracking is useful for confirming the package was picked up by the shipper and confirming the package was received. Nothing else in between is ever up to date or useful.

Sent parcels to my son two weeks ago another parcel week ago Neither have arrived and tracking gives no info except they went to Montreal for processing Poor service will use purolater bext time My sons are in Ottawa

Worst delivery service I've ever had..tracking means nothing..different dates all the time..

Item was shipped on April 18th and on April 23rd is when they say that it has not left the city due to some error on their end! The item is being shipped within the province! The service is poor.
