I would rather see printed details!!

I specifically asked if parcel would reach destination by friday and its Thursday and my parcel is sitting in stoney creek still glad I paid extra for such lousy service thinking I'll keep paying double at purolator as never has a problem with there del dates good job canada post not likely

worst service EVER!!!! My package tracked no problem from the sender to the truck to be delivered to my home. From the delivery truck it magically disappeared!!! I was then told I needed to start a claim through the sender. I spoke with the sender and they attempted to start the process of a claim but were told there was nothing they could do!!! I will pay to use Purolator or FedEx before ever shipping anything through this corrupt broken shit hole company again!!!

Express post is a scam. Got one of two packages and no updates after 4 days on where it is

My package said in Mississauga on April 14th, delivery was supposed to be between the 16-20th. Checked tracking because it’s the 21st,, my package says item processed in Mississauga. What in the world is going on???

I paid $22 for express shipping from Temagami Ont to Kitchener Ont . I was told delivery time would be 2 to 3 days max. I mailed the parcel in the early am of April the 15th . As of today April the 21st my Mother has not received it. I call bullcrap ! I should of saved the money and mailed it normally for the time it's taking!!

I paid for priority express for a shipment, which is supposed to be 1-2 days delivery 5 days later my order is still at post office Very disappointed, paying priority express when I should of just paid for regular delivery 5-7 days....what a waste of money I'm so happy I can count on Canada Post...should of went with Purolator

Honestly worst ever delivery service I’ve used. I paid $14.22 to delivery a package smaller than a regular envelope. I sent it to New Mexico on April 8/20 from London Ontario and today its April 20 and my package is still in Brampton Ontario! It was very time sensitive as it states on the package. So by the time it’s received the sample will be of no use. I paid $213 for what’s inside the package and it’s of zero dollars because it’s taken almost two weeks and it’s not even close to the destination Never again will I use this service

I was told a package was supposed to already be here....on Tuesday....almost a week ago....no package

Was told by a postal employee to come back on monday when monday was a holiday, paid for 1 day express and still not received after 3 days, was told 1 day express wasnt guaranteed but 3 days is very excessive especially considering i paid premium. Going wirh the parcel people next time

Terrible service as per usual. Tracking is extremely unreliable and customer service at my local post office is not much better.
