$18 for express delivery from Cambridge to Toronto that took 3 days ?????

Canada Post is the worst delivery service . The only thing guaranteed is that they will screw up your delivery .

Packages rarely get delivered on time even though I have paid for Xpresspost guarantee. I’ve had packages temporarily lost , or delivered to the wrong hub . I am not impressed with service at all .

I have spent hours trying to find a parcel. Chat is only good to a point. Seems it is my responsibility. Tracking is showing parcel in Sask I have a ticket now but still no results. 5hr 27 min wait. On phone. Didn’t wait. 8 days since parcel lost

Poor service. Never use xpress post. Had legal documents that were suppose to be delivered the next day and its been 5 days and still not sent.

Horrible customer service. Lost my package. Nobody knows why or where it is and they couldn't care less.

Took them 5 days to even send out the package now been waiting over 10 days for my stuff to come in

Paid $75 for Express delivery. Package is still in Richmond after 11 days

No notice left on our door... everyone home due to corona virus. This isn’t the first time they were a no show. Canada Post has gone downhill big time!

Took normal than longer time to deliver and no details of delivery.

They charge you for priority service that they don't deliver on .

Parcel (small) has been sitting in Mississauga for three days now, no expected delivery date.

I paid for a flat rate box with Express post and after 8 days tracker shows it hasn’t left Mississauga terminal yet.

Have always gotten the results I asked for. Nothing to complain about here. Quick and easy to use.
