Packages rarely get delivered on time even though I have paid for Xpresspost guarantee. I’ve had packages temporarily lost , or delivered to the wrong hub . I am not impressed with service at all .

I have spent hours trying to find a parcel. Chat is only good to a point. Seems it is my responsibility. Tracking is showing parcel in Sask I have a ticket now but still no results. 5hr 27 min wait. On phone. Didn’t wait. 8 days since parcel lost

Poor service. Never use xpress post. Had legal documents that were suppose to be delivered the next day and its been 5 days and still not sent.
