My parcel was stuck in processing items. It's been 15 days already

I find the staff at the Windsor, NS Post Office to be professional and efficient as well as helpful where needed. They are doing a great job during this pandemic. Thank you.

Not happy. I sent my parcel on Sat April 11 at the post office and it's now April 16 and it's still at the same post office. It has not moved. They promised me it would arrive at its destination on Friday April 17.

Looking for my parcel was delivered on April 9 didn't get it.

My small package arrived right on time, great service for the legal documents that needed to be delivered promptly and safely. Thanks

Been waiting 7 days for a parcel. Really slow service.

Paid for priority next day 3 days later still hasn't arrived yet ?? They should not charge for a service they can not deliver on .

I dropped off an enveloped at our post office in Bath Ontario on April 7th Xpress Service with an expected delivery in Sutton Quebec on April 9th. It’s now April 15 and the envelope still has not arrived. It’s only a 425 km drive to Sutton. The Canada Post charge was over $17 vs general delivery which I guess would be less than $2.00.

Was at home when they delivered the order. They put a note without knocked at my door.

I can’t seem to find out where the letter is that I had tracking on. It hasn’t moved since the 8 th of April. And it’s now the 15 th of April
