Didn’t receive my parcel estimated received date was 24 march but its 25 today and it was really important for me

Why is my parcel on a truck on Long Island when it should be on a plane for New Brunswick Canada???

I selected flat rate delivery from Ottawa to Waterloo. The box states 1-3 days delivery. 4 days in and the tracking number says it’s still in Ottawa! Poor.

My packages have exceeded my expectations even the Christmas crunch my stuff has made it on time or before.

I don’t know if it’s Canada Post or the USPS but both of these systems are god awful. My package has been in my hometown (less than 10 miles away) since March 15 but as of yesterday it is now 40 miles away. No updates with any accurate information. I’m starting to believe that my package hasn’t left Toronto and they are just blowing smoke up my ass with these updates. I’d rather drive to Toronto from Chicago and personally pick up my package. This will be the first and last time I ever use this company

Fake generic updates are not acceptable. Worse updates, slowest to get packages delivered within timeline given. .

My parcel has been handed o we to Canada and is being presented for review and it’s Ben 2 weeks now and no movement what’s going on. I have not recieved my parcel and it’s starting to annoy me.

My international parcel arrived Canada, it is cleared by customs and handed over to Canada post , it's still sitting with them at Richmond, BV without any movement since over a week. Wonder what the post office doing with the parcel.

They should delete this app because they didn’t deliver my parcel and said that we derlivered it .

Worst courier!!! They don't knock they just put notice for pick up...2nd time they did that...try to complain they will response on the 28th thats how they fast to response to your complain

Ordered a replacement bell Sim card on March 13, been in a place in Montreal since the 14. It is now March 21. Hopefully it get here soon so I can get my phone up and running.
