Never receive packages when I'm supposed to. Always lost, delayed, rerouted, always a PITA

My parcel was to arrive on April 1 and when using tracking number it has not moved from ONTARIO. says it is out for delivery but NO MOVEMENT SINCE THE 1ST. Not impressed as is a gift.

Very slow with updating delivery info domestically. Unhelpful and rude customer service agents, “not their problem“...

Slow, inefficient, expensive!!! WAY, WAY below USPS...

I paid $32.86 to have a parcel get to Hamilton from Belleville Monday it's now Thursday and they have not recieved it yet some service and the cost was to high for your service .never again will I use post Canada

What a waste of money on Express delivery. Sent a package out on March 23 from barrie Ontario to Nova Scotia it is still sitting Toronto .which is only 45 minutes away from Barrie. And it is April 2.

I am not happy that I have a parcel sitting in Kamloops,BC for 2 days now.

I send Xpresspost International to Hong Kong on Feb 3. Tracking showed it is being forward to destination from Vancouver Feb 6 .Today is May 30 & I had called Canada Post & Chat twice still not a single reply.
