Quand tu envoie un mandat poste par courrier enregistrer avec signature a la réception de la lettre et que quelqu'un d'autre se promène avec ta lettre qui est pas la sienne avec un montant de mille dollar faut être de vrai imbécile

Your delivery times are usually not met . You pay extra for Express post and it takes longer most times than regular post . So why are we paying extra...and the tracking app is terrible ..when a package is days late you just update the date below the pic of the truck to the current date that says like usual in transit ..still 5 date changes still in transit and never shows you when is the new expected time of delivery...its a waste of time that tracking app with such little information for the consumer. This is why it better to just pay more and get a great service from one of your competitors...I would never use canada post knowing this ...problem is I paid someone funds to send me something unfortunately and they are the ones who choose canada post ...thing is I knew the service would be terrible and as usual was Why anyone uses your service I just dont know ...Will be the last for me for sure

I did pay for ONE day delivery ...two days after still not delivered ???? Waste my money ...what a fraud..

Canada post is poorly managed. Items sit in the same centers for many days before they move on. The tracking system is either broken or deliberately not updated. Tax payer money funds this mess, we deserve better.

I paid for express post and since march 21 until now its stiill item pocessed it took so long

I'm very upset with this, I had order my package on the 13th. It is now the 28th and its still stuck on the other side of the country.

If u want something to get mailed quickly this is NOT THE WAY TO DO IT ! paid an extra 20$ for my package to sit in a post office for a week .

Third time they sent ot to wrong address and i will get my money back not losing product because of delivery went wrong im very upset

Item tracked all the way from Germany to Montreal, using dhl, until it's released from customs. 3 days later still no update other than "item processed" really? Let's get with it Canada post. Something had to happen over 3 business days!!!!

Horrible service. Tracking a parcel that entered the system a week ago and I’m told it hasn’t even been processed yet?!

Online system says package delivered to home. Has not arrived. On hold for 25 trying to find out where my package has landed.

It seems to me that Canada Post is slower than any other company. 6 days from Mississauga and it only made it to London and I live in Nappanee. Any other transport service that I've dealt with has never been held up like that you haven't given me a reason.
