terrible service. Canada Post has delivered my mail to the wrong address 3 times, and never able to recoup parcel or money. Worse there seems to be no accountability. I'm down over $1300.00 now.

Not Happy ! paid for priority ! it was expensive and its still not there after 4 days!

I paid extra for it to be delivered next day. I know it wasn't guaranteed but it arrives in Ottawa March 24th and has still not been delivered. Not impressed Canada Post. Don't take my extra money if you know its not getting there next day

extremely slow, absolutly horrible

horrible, really slow, delayed, overdue, updates were confusing and sometimes they were deleted then put up again.

Overall the app works well for tracking packages inbound. Ice followed my item from Germany to Halifax and new where it was all there time. It works well for this purpose.

I paid extra for next day delivery and my parcel hasn't been delivered yet...two days later! I could have driven there faster!

I have a simple address, come up on Google Maps easy and any other carrier can seem to read the address and deliver but Canada Post has problems, no one to talk to to help them correct their errors and then it’s lost or takes weeks to get to you when someone actually does their job.

You can't even send it to the right destination, my info is correct.

Ive never had any issues and Ive mailed a few parcels in my time. Sometimes unscrupulous employees cause disruption.... but for Canada Post itself...still very very good!

Laziest drivers ever! Repeatedly, claim to have "attempted delivery," but in reality don't even get out of their van. I pay for Amazon Prime so I don't have to go to the post office. Multiple complaints filed, but does it help or change anything? Nope, the incompetence continues unabated.

They don't ever bring my packages to my house they stick a notice on the door saying sorry we missed you even though I'm here and have them on camera just running to the door without a package and sticking a note to the door then running away. Happens every time.
