Rates are way too high. Delivery times are very slow. I can get items from the US cheaper and faster than from within Canada; goes to show how broken their system is.

Paying expensive shipping costs not counting cabs to pick it up, The Post-Office staff seem to do less the more money they make. I’m just telling you like it is.

Sent small envelope/package purchased at Post Outlet by Xpress Post and was told out will arrive by Thursday. It is now 8pm on FRIDAY at the destination and still not received. Disappointing at $24!

Sometimes the tracking is difficult, due to different results for same package. This result says still in China and two other searches says the package is in Canada the past 20 days. So am thinking the package may be lost.

Rates for shipping are far too high, packages rarely get to destination within the time you’ve paid for and ridiculous amount of time to receive mail in same city or even a province over its pathetic. I don’t even see our mailman more than twice a week and when we do see him it’s near dinner time.

Canada post is open until 6 pm... not 530 pm.. maybe the associates at the Palmerston post office should be reminded.

This service is increasingly getting worse as time goes on! Today for example, I was at home awaiting my parcel delivery, which was estimated to be delivered by 1:30 pm, which of course did not happen. 2 pm goes by, nothing, and at 2:30 I checked the status of my delivery, and I see that the driver left a “notice” at 2:17 pm. So, I know I didn’t leave the house and no one came to the door because my 3 dogs would have alerted me, I went to my post box to see if the notice was in there... and it wasn’t. So not only did the driver NOT DELIVER or even ATTEMPT TO DELIVER my package, the driver also failed to leave the actual delivery notice anywhere!! So obviously I’m going to have difficulty trying to retrieve my package. If Canada Post is having difficulty keeping up with the increasing demand of home delivery packages because of companies like Amazon, then they need to address the issue! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Again, this is NOT the first time this has happened either, I just need to address the problem because this is reoccurring with greater frequency!
