Canada Post needs to be privatized. This way we would get better service, like private companies. Private companies care about customer service because their business depends on it.

The driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address. The recipiant opened the parcel and did not take it to the right address for 8 days. I reported the parcel as lost, got a credit and the parcel was dropped off an hour later. The shipper would not rebill me for the item and I had to return the item that I really wanted. Thanks for goofing up my parcel driver!!!

uggg, I paid $13 on Saturday to deliver a letter across town by registered mail with tracking notifications. Here is is Wednesday 09:00 and “notification” tells me that letter went out for delivery today at 14:30?? Say what??? First letter had to go to another city for 2 business days of “processing” now it’s apparently in another time zone!! For legal reasons, I was hoping that tracking would be accurate
