Very poor service absolutely need improvement comparing to other Courier services

Fast friendly service.

I have nothing but disappointment every time I deal with Canada Post I have had to chase the post man down because he has put my parcel in my neighbors box The next time I had to scream at him to get his attention because he had the wrong mailbox now my mail is being ready routed due to a processing error whatever that means Get right PLEASE!!! Like my address is on my doorway and my mailbox how can whet it wrong !!! Use a drone not a human then maybe they will get it right! :(

Paid over $60 to have my mail redirected to my new address. Apparently, that's the only thing that's redirected - your mail. Any packages/parcels will all go to your previous address...it was my packages/parcels that I was most concerned about since most of my mail is emailed to me anyway. I am very disappointed by this service and the amount of money they charge for it.

Quicker, faster, on time

Seems like the service from Canada Post has deteriorated a great amount in the past few years. Constant delays and wrong mail being delivered.

My experience was with the customer service representative (Lorraine) of Canada post at Shoppers drug mart in Cloverdale British Columbia. I sent a parcel to St Lucia Australia unfortunately it was sent to St. Lucia the Caribbean. When I made sure with her she said I know I have been there. It is very frustrating since my son was waiting for this parcel, and it cost me $80.00 to send it. When I went back they wouldn't help me as if it wasn't their mistake.

There's always a tracking number and the promise to post updates regarding the package, but they never do - not until 2 business days after you've received your package, then you get an email notifying you of its delivery!

Canada post is the worst possible place ....they ate all incompetent and stupid.....get so upset when I hear amazon uses CP to deliver their items

Can't find my parcel how far I call Canada Post no answer try to go in web site they have no idea where my parcel is don't want to do any business with Canada Post in future

My very small parcel from the U.S. has cleared customs in Canada 20 kms from my home and is not here over a week later !!!
