This entire service/operation needs a serious overhaul. The prices charged are not equal to the services delivered. Parcels are consistently late, re-routed, lost.. and if your business depends on distribution-forget it. No business can survive with these prices. It’s ridiculous.

I have always found mailing out parcels via the Post office or mail to be very good.

I love Canada Post, but I could not survive as an online shop because their rates are the highest of all postal offices in-the world. Something that should cost $2.79 to USA is now $10 via small packet. I had to close my stores just could not survive. Great for tracking but lately its a different postman every month. Losing my mail. Found it on driveway in snow during holidays several times. Packages claimed delivered but not. Installed cameras for proof.

Nul j'ai payé un service express pour le next day delivery et 4 jours après rien n'est encore arrivé dans la même province

They took over a month to ship express post and didn't refund me my money

I was told delivery would be by Tuesday the latest and according to the last status it has not left the Mississauga office.

a parcel was apparently attempted to be delivered but no one rang doorbell and did not leave a notice. poor service .I dont think the driver even attempted to deliver ...

Not very happy played for 1 day delivery express post pkg not delivered today like they said it would be. Like I said not very happy. Pay for a service that you guarantee will be there next day and it's not.
