Very poor experience. There was an error on an express post parcel, corrected the day of An EMAILED notification. No call no other attempts just an email. The package was missing a unit number. This is a SIGNATURE required parcel. Regardless of unit number they wouldn’t have been able to see any buzzer and wouldn’t have affected the delivery. However due to their incompetency obviously it was not delivered. 3 days now and still no parcel. I can’t reach the Depot because only employees are allowed. Can’t pick up my 700 dollar package. They are the most useless express parcel delivery service that you could ask for. You want something not done properly? Count on Canada Post

Very poor customer service with a lost parcel. It is no good to offer assistance from Montreal when a parcel is supposedly lost in this province. The digital help is unhelpful.

So disappointed with canada post. They are very unprofessional unreliable and slow. I try to avoid this carrier at all costs.

Delivery of parcel was supposed to be done in 3 days but it's been 5th day and the parcel has not been delivered yet

Why if my item comes into Richmond bc and I'm in Calgary you send my package from Richmond to Mississauga. Makes no sense to send my stuff 1000km away when it's 600km to deliver. Makes you guys look like asses. Good old Canada post what next you have to mail your own mail to receive it? I don't think any Canadians would be surprised.

Mailed a package to Beaverlodge, AB. from Victoria to arrive in three days time. Still in Edmonton by the end of the fourth business day. Had to reschedule things because of that.

Sent an envelope with photos was sent express post was a rush was told it was a fast way...it is still in Edmonton left yesterday afternoon. It's photos for an urgent school project. Was supposed to be there by Friday.

I'll change this when I see my money. I paid for express shipping and the package got lost and re-routed. I didnt pay fir a delay I paid for express.

I paid for a registered letter with signature. It was delivered to * a mailroom* no idea where and no signature was requested, which is what I paid for. Now I have to investigate and make sure my registered letter was actually delivered to the right place and on time.

Every single time Canada Post delivers mail they say it’s delivered and it’s either in the wrong mailbox, at someone else’s house, or they chuck my mail over the fence. I always have to wait weeks past when it says delivered to get my parcel. I have never had a good experience with Canada Post
