Garbage service and very slow. Paid for express and haven’t gotten my package for over a week.

Worst service , my brother sent a parcel from Australia to canada and canada post is playing blaming game with custom canada. They even closed our case without informing us. They didn't have the courage to inform us that they have lost our parcel, there were time sensitive stuff in there but they dont care. WORST SERVICE EVER

Package is still not here supposed to be here on 19th says delivered to comunity on 24th still not at my door , or letter to say it's here

Parcel due in Arizona last Friday. Now somewhere in the US. Canada Post can not tell me where. Even Air Canada knows where baggage is located in the US by tracking number.

Need to work on where the packages go. A few times my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Thx

I live in rural BC and Canada post is wonderful. I get a lot of parcels from Amazon and they arrive with in 1 to 2 days. If the parcel is too big for the mail box down the road, it is delivered right to my house. No other shipping companies deliver to our area.

You not gonna like this from the 4th feb whats supposed to be 3 to 7days regardless of destination Today25th still no delivery insight So now you have it

Horrible experience package went all over never came on time. Horrible rude customer service. I am sure my days of Canada post are over

my parcels been in transit since nov15th .still no sign of it .one track says it coming back to sender .month later shows it on there map outside of Paris.was only headed to minnesota .then canada post sends an email saying they have done all they can do ..just pathetic I would say .hardly worthy of a star .

canada post services is the worst one in Canada.the customer service even doesn't know where are the shipment and when they going to be delivered. They won't help to solve customer's problem and very bad attitude .

I used Xpresspost said it would arrive on the 22st it's now the 24th still waiting

90$ express and 5 days later its still in the country seriously why pay express if its not express . Shame on you canada post taking ppl money and taking your sweet time .

Item taking more than a week to deliver y when should be done in 3 days

I mailed my parcel to Spain at 3.26pm on Tuesday 18th February (in Oakville)... 4 DAYS LATER (today!) your tracking system informs me that it is now in MISSISSAUGA !!
