What ? Montreal to Quebec....4 days later, still stuck in Montreal? Ridiculous

Terrible service. Somehow sent my package from Richmond BC, to Ontario & back again!! Package was originally sent from Port Coquitlam BC & destination was Victoria BC. I still have not received my package after more than 2 weeks. Then get a message that the delivery is behind & no reason why?? Poor service

Nothing but poor service and lazy employees. My package has been missing for 2 months and Canada Post never once made an attempt to contact me or the shipper in an attempt to resolve the issue. Instead they just sweep it under the rug and hope nothing comes of it. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or most people I know. I'm not sure how Canada Post manages to keep their doors open with this level of service that keeps getting worse.

Sent a package that says 2 days delivery and I track the package and it made it 2 hours away in 24 hours. This package was important to a person's health. I am beside myself at the absolutely poor service we all pay good money for. This person now must make an expensive hospital visit because canada post is happy to take your money and not provide the advertised service.

I paid 20$ to track a letter to my brother in Thailand, for the past 9 days the status is the same,"letter accepted in Vaudreuil". I needed to to spend 20$ to know that as I BROUGHT IT MYSELF THERE.. after chatting with you guys, the only thing they said was "IT HAPPENS" and can't file a claim before 30 days.. I know it will get there within 30days, I just wanted to keep an eye it.. I got RIPPED OFF, paying 20$ for nothing... As they said this is NOT trackable.. is this the way you guys make extra money? I will never register a letter with you guys anymore.. I didn't care for a signature, I wanted to track it!!!

Parcel was supposed to be delivered. The courier was to lazy to deliver. Now I have to go to the post office to pick it up. Why are we charged for delivery when they don’t deliver? Shouldn’t we get a credit? It was for a hotel and someone here 24 hours a day so no excuse that no one was home!

The postal staff in my town are always pleasant and very helpful. The parcel was delivered on time and tracking was easy. It would have been 5 stars if the price was more reasonable. It often costs more to mail the gift/parcel than the value of the contents, even for what I consider a small package.

Paid extra for express priority shipping where my package was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days. It’s been a week and it hasn’t been delivered. According to the tracking my package has been sitting in a warehouse for over 24 hours. “Express priority”.... what a joke. I’ll definitely be looking into receiving a full refund for this atrocious service.

Send on Feb 13 still not deliver and you called this Express

Very slow on updates! I have a package that left BC on Friday and still no update posted since Friday and this is Tuesday! Should be updated daily!
