In our town CANADA Post is my preferred shipping service

I paid for a package to be shipped express priority and was guaranteed the item would be delivered in 2 business days AT THE MOST. It is now a week later and my package has yet to be delivered. Extremely dissatisfied with this service and I will definitely be looking into getting a full refund

I paid a lot to have an on time delivery for 2 work day but my package delivered within 2 weeks!

I sent a parcel from Spaniards Bay to the UK on December 12. The last update says processed in St. John's Newfoundland on December 13. I have no idea where the parcel ended up to. The tracking ended in St.Johns. I paid 67.00 to ship this parcel and this is just unacceptable.

Recently pretty poor service, delivery was attempted but no notice left as to where to pick up item

If I could give a zero I would. I’ve always used UPS to send Valentine’s packages to my nieces and nephew. Paid for 3–day delivery, and they took a full week. Lesson learned. I’ll never ship Canada Post again.

Excellent service from the suggestions from the clerk at the depot when shipping right to the speedy delivery!!! Kudos to all of the Canada Post employees involved with handling this parcel. Well done!!

18 days to deliver an overnight package. No talk of refund. JOKE!

Parcel was to be delivered on Feb 14th. We made sure someone was home all day. It is 7:09pm and it has not arrived. Not happy with Canada Post. It started its journey Feb 5th. I can send a parcel from Houlton, Maine and it will be delivered within 2 or 3 days.

I send the parcel in express to HK supposed in five businesses day arrived, but it was past 7 days still not received. How can I pay for $102.58and got the $74.59 survey?
