I'd give less than 1 star if I could. Canada post has lost several packages of mine over the past year. Previously this has never happened to me however over the past 12 months they have lost 6 items being sent to me. Its pathetic. They have actually lost more than I have received.

I can hardly believe the poor service this parcel received. Tracking info not updated, no one could find out where it was. 800 number is a joke. On a happy note, finally received the parcel ... late but intact. Shame on you, Canada Post. Bad representation.

I live in Delburne just outside of Reddeer. Kind of stupid that a package from Edmonton has to go to Calgary only to comeback to Reddeer. The fact that it only takes 2 hours to drive from Edmonton to Reddeer and 2 hours from Reddeer to Calgary, so a 6 hour drive time for a package but it takes more then 4 days to do this.

Very poor service. Their expresspost should be renamed snail post . When a parcel takes 5 to 7 days to be delivered thru this service when it promotes 3 day shipping is terrible . I have had packages constantly redirected or sent to the wrong address to begin with is deplorable . I am reminded by the canada post website that the error could be that i gave the wrong address . Anything to absolve themselves of accountability and responsibility. Blame the customer not the corporation. Typical of a corporation run by greed not by doing what is right and what they promised . A service i doubt i will deal with again which is unfortunate for retailers using this shipping method . Tired of the frustration. FYI the major portion of the problem occurs in Ontario . Provincial problem ? Mmmmm i wonder . Begs the question boys....why ?
