Guaranteed delayed delivery

Not very useful. It shows zero progress since Wednesday. Now it is Saturday. The item is supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and according to your system, it is still sitting in Montreal. What happened in the past three days?

Did not update after 2 days. Just said sent to Mississauga.

Very up to date and great customer service.

Package now has been sitting at post office for two days right here in town ordered two items same day FedEx got here yesterday both came from the same company ,sad maybe door to door from them is just out dated !!!!

Paid $30 and after 5 business days. Still not delivered. Canada to u.s.a

Too expensive and unreliable

Depending on which post office You use, you never get the same rate. We have delivery issues with our driver and Canada Post investigating is a very slow process. I found when contacting them they were very disgruntled with any complaints and quick to jump to the defense of the delivery people. The cost to mail a simple card or parcel is outrageous. And again Some at the post office Will actually try the slot they have with a card and some assume it won't fit and mail it is a parcel.

I know there has been a delay in getting parcel delivery in St. John's due to the State of Emergency last month but I should have my package by now. It was due to be delivered January 24th. It is now February 7th and still waiting. This is ridiculous. Put extra people on the routes to get the mail out from the back up.

Deliver made as promised

I live in rural Alberta but actually only one hour from the capital. Parcels are almost always late! I have followed them by tracking and wished I could get air miles for all the travel miles. Seriously I have checked in to see that they arrived in Edmonton to see that shipped to Calgary then back to Edmonton and finally west to my post office.

Almost ALWAYS have a problem with packages after leaving Mississauga postal service depot going to Barrie,,why is this and why hasn’t anything been looked into about this,,I know for a fact that people from my area have complained about the same issue,,fix this situation plz...Doesn’t have only a 2.3 star rating tell anybody anything???????
