Usually later than expected, NEVER earlier than expected. Couriers are the ONLY way to go. Sad but true!!!

Your delivery service is a joke! You never meet the promised date! I will use UPS from now on.

Every time I use Canada Post I am highly disappointed. Between the parcel carriers just outright skipping my deliveries, bad times, and bad customer service, it's time for Canada Post to open the way to better, private services.

My parcel was sent almost 4 weeks ago and it is travelling between Mississauga and London ( Ontario) many times since January, 10th. I submitted a complaint. No answer!

Parcel arrived in Vancouver 14 days ago..... no tracking info since.

I sent a package through express post, I was told it will arrive in 5 days, until now, they still didn’t get it. Almost 2 weeks already. Terrible service. I didn’t know who to contact to check the parcel.

how about info regarding delivery date/time? that would be useful to know.

Over 2 months and 100.00 later still no parcel. From Canada to Amsterdam, you'd think 2 modern countries could figure out how to get a parcel from one place to another. We received a parcel from Amsterdam in 5 days,regular post!!!.the ratinG doesnt allow for zero!!!

Parcel service works great and is priced right !

I paid for two day shipping and a week later it still has not been delivered!

Awful 2 packages that havent shown still and are just lost all of a sudden with no way to know where they went ...

Terrible service 2 packages sent to the same address from different outlets. Date of arrival given. Took more time causing grief as it was legal papers. And this is why the post office is failing

Terrible sent out a enevelope the 3rd of janurary payed 17.00$ it was received the 23rd of janurary , and it was only 6 hours away, never again
