Major pissed off! I have two trackable parcels that have been cleared through and processed, and out for delivery, but last scan was January 6th and I never received them. Once it is for delivery, it's at the door promptly -- not one month a one month time lapse. Customer service department is like it is run by dead people as they were not too inclined to an extra mile to resolve this, instead opened my ticket numbers and closed them after a week virtually no investigation. Pay for quick delivery. They re route due to their own errors. Should refund the money. The package still not there. Terrible service always !!!!!!!

Not happy with the service. I get that it is an estimated arrival date however my last three packages have been off by up to 5 days. Makes it difficult when I expect to my times delivered to me in a timely manner. I am also not a fan of the tracking wint show everything. It only showed me the first two check in locations not where it currently is when I expected to have it the day before.

Tracked a package this morning - showed it in Calgary. Now 8 hours later then system doesn’t have that tracking number. I did ensure I had entered the right number.
