My shipment has been out for for 3 days now and now they are saying it’s lost.

VERY SLOW SERVICE!!!

Very slow service. My package has been at the Grande Prairie Canada Post office for 12 days and I still haven’t received it. When I call the Tracking office, no one can tell me where it is.

EVERYTHING I order has been a week late since after Christmas

Service in fredericton shoppers drug prospect street location AMAZING...the gent was polite, efficient, and informative..beat of all he smiles and was FRIENDLY!!! cost to send letter xpress post was absurd but...what do ya do right??

Express post never reach within 1day even in internally canada.

The worst services ever. They just don't care, the only thing that they care about is the payment ......

Somewhat slow delivery

Very bad un professional customer service with bad management system

My Christmas package got lost last year. This year my daughters iphone went missing and I got charged for a book I bought last year that never arrived. I have no faith Canada Post.

So disappointed in Canada Post. We got a parcel in 3 weeks from the Netherlands. It is now almost 8 weeks since I mailed a parcel to Amsterdam. STILL NO ARRIVAL. Why can't Canada Post do better!!! Also why no tracking beyond our borders???

Little slow at times but grateful for the service

Sent a registered letter said it would take 7 - 12 days it’s been a month and the letter still hasn’t reached its destination but the letter I sent through regular mail to the same destination and paid a fraction of the cost it took me to send a registered letter got there in only 2 weeks ?!

ETA dec 19 and now today is Jan 11. I don’t know y I still didn’t receive my shipment yet. That was a Christmas gift. What s shame!
