fail....sent three request (with tracking number provided) to Cananda Post to do follow up on a supposed delivery that never happened, no reply, no follow up and no delivery, a simple reply or follow up would have sufficed but NADDA! I'd rather pay a third party delivery company than use Canada Post again.

Does not specify exact location of delivery only the city it was delivered too. Very frustrating when porch pirates are everywhere when the package could just be at a post office location.
