Paid for expresspost. Guaranteed 1 day delivery. Not delivered. Opened a ticket was told someone would get back to me within 7 days. 7 days?? That is there policy. I will happily pay about more somewhere else to save my self this trouble!

This is a sloppy tracking service. Lacks details and should provide clarification on if the item could not be dropped off and is at the post office. Also it should tell you which location the item is currently at

I love that I sent my mom her birthday card from Vancouver to Edmonton. I paid $15 to get there in 2 days. A week after it didn't arrive, I tracked it, only to find it was still at my local post office 1 block away.

Some of the worst most inefficient service I've ever received. What did it matter? It's the government, nothing will improve and there is no other options.
