Ordered a part out of states & their tracking system was so accurate & informative ! Gets to Canada no idea were it has ended up ... Crappiest tracking system , think a homing pigeon would be faster

Horrible service I've had items lost and never recovered with horrible customer service and very slow delivery

Dec 31 I had a package shipped priority( $63 for 2 day shipping)from Evansburg Alberta to my location( 6hr drive ) . Even with new yrs day and the weekend the package was supposed to arrive today( Jan 6 ). As of 3pm the online tracking says it still in transit from Edmonton and my post office hasn’t received it.

Very bad service. Resived mail all time one or two days later.

I would like to know why a parcel that came into my city Windsor from the USA gets carted off to mississauga ont only to be sent back to Windsor this adding another 4 to 5 days to my recieving it how Dumb can Canada post be there's no excuse for this kind of stupidity.

I paid for 1 day delivery thursday morning...it is monday and it still has not arrived

One of the slowest services are there compared to everybody else I'm waiting for almost 2 weeks for a package that's been sitting here in Ottawa for a week and a half

Small town with great service. Very cost affective on smaller packages.

If I could, I would give them a zero score!! Always late no matter how much extra they charge you!!

Very slow at getting mail should never take 2 weeks to get mail from BC to calgary
