Carriers deliver to door and ring bell and are very nice. This unlike other carriers that drop and disappear

In the last year I’ve had terrible service, items being delivered weeks after being processed in my city, screw ups where packages have been returned a day after getting to the holding location requiring me to pay for shipping twice, and drivers not even knocking on the door or ringing the door bell, probably the most incompetent post service I’ve ever had the displeasure to have to use

Very very bad services...they didn't send my express courier until 10 days. Now they don't know where is it. Though that was the courier with signature.

My parcels have always reached their destination on time or before time ! Great job ❤

The worst experience. I was waiting for this shipment. The expected date to receive the item Dec 19th was a Christmas gift for 11year old.. disappointing. To date Jan 01 ,2020 still no delivery. It's not worth a rating.

Although told by Canada Post worker December 17 couldn't guarantee arrival, used the new Flat Rate Box, might not arrive before Christmas, December 23 in Dieppe, Canada since then in transit, processed Montreal, now showing Dieppe again!! Very frustrating!!!! Parcel is travelling from Newfoundland to Calgary, Alberta. Right now wondering if it will show up back in NL!!!!

For the last 20 days sayimng same words will reach its destination with in 3 to 7 days. I think after dispatching canadian post dont bother about her client/ customer

Terrible customer service. No one wants to do any work. Just wait for your package. Won't even try to find its location.

Paid 69.57 to have a parcel delivered in 2 business days and today being 2nd business day IT WAS NOT DELIVERED WTF

Express post from usa to Canada. Moved well through US with up to date tracking. Poor tracking in Canada. Use courier service to avoid Canada Post. Terrible service.
