Decided to pay extra so our son would get his delivery by the Dec 31. As of Dec 30 still sitting in Regina. We were told it would be there by the 31st.

I received a attempted delivery notice in my mailbox. It indicated that the package would be ready for pickup after 6 p.m. the same day. I waited until the next morning but the package had not arrived at the post office. the clerk at the post office desk pointed to a number beside the barcode and told me this was the tracking number and I could check online. When I attempted to do so I discovered that this is in fact not a tracking number. I find it very surprising that someone working behind the desk in a post office cannot correctly identify a tracking number.

Terrible this Christmas packages were so delayed pick was to be delivered dec 20. It is now dec 31 I am still waiting

one package sent to chatam on.i live in thorold. another same week sent to st catharines post office on 23rd. just found out. trying to get it to thorold.

Absolutely horrible service. It took five days to deliver something that was supposed to have been delivered in 2

This is terrible service! My sister received her parcel a couple days ago and she lives in Texas, my package was sent the same day as hers and has been sitting in the local CP for over a week!!! This is unacceptable service! I wish I had a better review

I have had a parcel sitting in Kamloops for almost a week, being “rescheduled” for delivery “the next day”. This is unreal!

Disappointing Expedited parcel mail on Dec 10 Not delivered yet!!! One saying delivery should be 2-7 days Canada Post saying no delivery standard NEVER USE THAT SERVICE AGAIN what a rip off!! 35.00 down the tube

Sent a parcel on flat rate supposed to be priority on Dec 19 Winnipeg to Pictou NS. Took 2 days to get to Montreal and then according to tracking didnt arrive in Halifax until Dec 27? And since then no update and package not received. What kind of flate rate priority is that??? ?
