You lost my parsel. You don't even get a one star.

Paid an extra $40 for my parcel to be delivered within 3 business days so it would arrive before Christmas. It’s now Dec. 29th and it still has not arrived.

I got no written notice or phone call or package. I hope it was returned to sender.

Still waiting for them to deliver the item that was supposed to take 2 days to deliver.. it’s been over 11 days. Tracking says I requested forwarding to another address which I didn’t. They did this twice and I still have no idea where my package is or if I will ever get it

Solid tracker, but its held back from 5 stars by the people who work delivering

Blantantly lied about delivering a package i needed. Claims to go to the door, my desk is 10 feet from the door. At this point why trust a service like this one if i can pay another and have the task completed?

Sent package internationally and paid $20 for tracking and it only tracks while in canada. So i got to watch my package for 2 days. 30 days later no clue where it is and or if my daughter will get it.

I paid $14 to have an envelope sent from Toronto to the US. The next day, that envelope was delivered to my house in Toronto. When I complained at the Post Office, I was informed that I would have to pay again to have it sent to the US. What kind of service is that?

Package was sent dec 20 th 12 hour drive away tracking hasnt been updated since dec 21 was to be here dec 27 no show not happy

Sent a package 22-Dec-19 and still “in transit” No update change how frustrating

Doing a great job with a lousy budget.

Poor service ,I feel more so this Christmas
