Parcel arrived and scanned in Sydney on Dec 24 but still not delivered to New Waterford , It's now Dec 28th still not delivered Understanding the heavy mail ,but we are like 15 minutes away from the facility .More of an effort should have been taken .Just saying

I paid the $53 fee to have my parcel delivered from Windsor Ontario and was told that it would be delivered to my door in the 24th it is now the 28th when I called was told 27th parcel sat in London Ontario 2 days and has been sitting in Halifax since the 24th still nothing very unhappy ☹️

Very disappointed in the time it takes to get a parcel to its destination.

They deliver on Friday your package then if your not home you can wait for the next day but it’s not there at the post office it’s sits in there truck till Monday if your lucky

Canada Post is slower than snail mail and customer service agents should be better trained to understand messages they see online and how to better serve customers so we don't feel like my parcel is left in limbo.

I have an expedited parcel p/u in Ontario Dec 19. It arrived in Moncton NB Dec 22 then to Bathurst Dec 23. This is where the issue begins. Bathurst is 1.5 hrs from me. CP sent my parcel to Saint John NB then to Moncton/Dieppe in the opposite direction. Tracking shows it was estimated to be del Dec 27, didn't happen, since it sat there all day and tracking now shows it in route today, Dec 28. No idea when I will receive my package. Called CP and she was zero help and didn't understand the messages she was seeing. Never again will I order online knowing CP has a part in the delivery.

I've never had a problem with Canada Post...been using them quite regularly for 2 yr now. I only ship in Canada so have no idea shipping overseas.

The asshole threw my breakable fish tank heater on my porch they have broke two now , every time they ship something from amazon to me it it’s always bashed up and never in perfect condition

Update for tracking packages takes too long. 5 days and no update ad to where my package is......suppose to be delivered in 4 days.....still waiting.

Never ever had a problem with Post Canada I will always put trust in Canada Post still is #1 with friendly service and the smartest of them all really is

Bad service my parcel shipped speed post but 25 days i didnt got my parcel

Took package to the post office at Shoppers Drug Mart on Mary Ellen Drive in Nanaimo...obviously someone was having a bad day, she was a totally rude, didn’t give me a receipt.

Claimed notice card left. There was no notice card on door or in package. This happened for 2 different packages in 21st. Pathetic. No delivery. Fake claims of attempted delivery.
