Not happy with service my parcel has been sent out 1 week ago and there is no info on the tracking. No idea where it is or when it will be received

Package was not delivered 21st. There was no attempted delivery notice card. As of 27th package still not delivered and no information as to where I can pick it up. Very poor job Canada Post.

The description of my I know I am tracking is vague. If I am getting something shipped to me from China I would like to know what address it is going to. China is a definite corrupt part of the world and a lot of scams go through China. It would give me a sense of security knowing that my item was actually being shipped to my address. This could be a bogus address with a tracking number sent out to 10,000 people for all I know.

worst channel of delivery, someone will pay for express that should take one to two days and the goods won't be deliver till after one week.this is a ripoff

Zero customer service! My nearest parsel pick up is 40 minutes drive each way! Can not get help on line over the phone or in person! Maybe it should be a private company? Might get service....

Though I paid for tracking, my granddaughter's Christmas present says "out for delivery" as of 10 days ago but never arrived!!

They handle a lot especially this time of year

Takes longer than 2 days for shipping over the holidays.

Paid $20 for a tracking Number on an envelope December 10/19, last time updated was December 14/19. Disgusted!!!!
