Did write a review... they said they didn't get it. Well... Here it goes again. See if they can get it straight this time. Mailed on the 17th. They said it got to the States on the 21sth... That's where it stayed as far as any reporting. You'd think with computers nowadays you could follow day by day city by city. It cost me just under $50. In all the years I've been mailing gifts to the States... It's NEVER been on time!! Just so u know, if they guarantee a time n it doesn't get there, they have to refund ur money. Happy New Year!!

They don't keep up well as to where the parcel is. You'd think with the computers nowadays you could follow it city by city day by day n not a report still saying "arrived in USA on Dec. 21st. Gee thanks I knew that on Dec 21st!!

Sent express post parcel from Deer Lake to St Johns , NL . Supposed to be a 2 day delivery, ended up in Halifax,NS. not even the same providence..... Still waiting!!!!

Worst experiences ever

My item is stuck in Scarborough which is a 2km distance from my house, for 8 days now. What the hell kind of service is this. I assume now that it is totally lost in Canada posts Depot and I will need to make a claim for my missing package. Disgusted

I am a small business owner. I have about 6 items (that I know of) that were mailed between Dec 3-9 within Canada (lettermail) that have not been delivered. This is not good for my business and Canada Post really doesn't seem offer any explanation other than it is a busy time of year. Some shipments sent the same day have arrived others have not. It is a inconsistent and unreliable service.

My item was out for delivery on dec 24th but never recvd it. Called customer service and they too said it was ofd, way to go canada post, i'm sure my son will understand that you failed to deliver his xmas present.

Parcel mailed Dec.5th from NL haven't seen it yet !! Poorest ,most uncaring ,carrier in Canada...

The post office workers and delivery persons are fantastic and have gone out of their way to make sure I get my mail on more than one occasion.

I paid $15 for the 2 day shipping 4 days ago and it still has not been shipped. I understand that it is the holidays, but don't offer and GUARANTEE this shipping. I have since been told it will arrive in a week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SHIP ELSEWHERE.
