I paid over 16 dollars for one day delivery to a town 45 min away and guess what?two days later still waiting what a shame I should've take it my self..!!

Sister sent a card regular mail and I sent one express post two days prior on dec 14. Card only had to go one province away and my express post is still not delivered and regular mail card is. Feel like I am owed 12 bucks as regular mail got there faster

I’ve never had a problem with Canada Post - in fact, many items I’ve sent or received have arrived earlier than expected. I like the fact that they have locations in Shoppers and Rexall for easy access. Also, I like that they provide a tracking number with every package sent.

Very poor on providing status on expedited parcel. Parcel sat for 4 days in destination city with no reason why.
