Mailed my package Friday before christmas and delivered monday am before christmas! Great service!

Do not accomplished the dates of delivery they promised when they sell the "express" service

Sent my parcel to the wrong province.

Waiting for third attempt of delivery. First got lost. Second got damaged. Third was supposed to arrive today.

I paid huge money fir a parcel to be delivered to Saskatchewan in 2 days and it sat in the Richmond depot for 2 days. After 5 days it is still not delivered!!!!! Very poor service!

Sent 4 parcels in the last 2 months and 2 by express. Cookies were all delivered stale. One package took 3 weeks!!!

Want my money back. Should be 0 rating. Did not go express. Paid for express

Paid extra to.have a parcel.delivered to.Ormond Beach Fl. Supposed to be 5 days for delivery. Item has been sitting in JFK since Thursday the 19th of December. It was guaranteed 5 day delivery..miles it out on the 16th! Refund me!

I'm getting extremely frustrated with Canada Post's service via Etsy. The boxes I use to ship my products are one size. I buy them from Staples. The dimensions of the box are printed clearly on the bottom of the box. Yet, within a couple weeks of sending my packages, I receive an email from Etsy stating that Canada Post has charged me additional fees and it's due to measurement differences. Sometimes up to two centimeters difference in the measurements! How can this be? What kind of tape measures are Canada Post employees using?? Not only do I get an additional fee for the postage, in $US funds, but I also get an additional fee from Etsy, for their percentage of the fee. And then of course the conversion from $US to $CDN. Seriously!!! I've even discussed this with the Canada Post employee at the counter that I use. She's measured the package and confirmed it's the size stated on the bottom. So who at Canada Post is coming up with these phantom measurements?? Please! Someone look into this!! When you charge me an additional $5 US, plus etsy fees, plus conversion, it's almost $8. That may not seem like a lot to the big crown corporation, but to a small business crafter, accumulating that on 50% of orders, that isn't recovered from the end customer.... well, let's just say, there go the profits.

I still haven’t received my package 8 days sense it was sent

Sent 4 medium size flat rate boxes on Dec 8/19 from New Brunswick to Ontario. Two arrived on time. One of the others went to Calgary then Montreal. The other went to Mississauga then back to New Brunswick then back to Mississauga. These last two will not arrive in time for Christmas, very dissapointing.

Canada post ruined Christmas. Clearly they don’t give proper training to their employees as they go to OPEN BUSINESSES and claim they are closed two days before Christmas. Please do better! If the door is open someone is there!!!

Worked overtime to keep Christmas packages moving. And del one day ahead of time. Tks again great job

It took 2 weeks to deliver a parcel from Montreal, Quebec to mississauga, Ontario and it's not reached destination yet.... Very, very disappointed, if ther is less than one star I would choose it.
