Very happy with Canada Post service my package was delivered in the 2 day time frame I had paid for. Even during the busy holiday season.

Ive been waiting for my grandsons gift and finally it says its in canada. Yaaay

Rates are way too expensive given the quality of service. My domestic package was sent on Dec 13. This morning, the 23rd, the tracking said the package was scheduled for delivery this evening. Now it is staying there was a processing error and has been delayed. Way to go Canada Post. You just ruined my kid's Christmas surprise, and I know there's no point in even wasting my breath asking for a refund of the nearly $40 it cost to send it. Boo! Hiss!

Well my package says it’s been out for delivery since Dec 17th (mailed locally only 2.5 hours away from destination) and it’s now Dec 23rd. It’s not looking good to make it on time for Christmas. I will not depend on Canada Post for time sensitive deliveries, they don’t offer a reliable service.

I use Canada post almost daily and have good luck with reliable service and responsive customer service in the off chance I need to contact them

Christmas package to my granddaughter never arrived regardless of tracking!!!

The tracking says my package was supposed to be delivered last week. Still haven’t seen it. There’s no update on the tracking as to where it is.

processing error? Seriously? Thanks for being too late for xmas even though it was mailed with plenty of time to spare!

Not impressed CP. My package to my family in the UK sat for over a week in Montreal.

Our local post office employees are amazing. Delivery of my parcels shipped has exceeded all my expectations! Good job!

Went to track a package, says the package was received at the post office I mailed it from a week ago and gave me no additional information.

Canada post is pathetic, sent parcel on December 03, 2019 to Fort Mcmurray the expected time for delivery was the 17th its now the 23rd and its still not delivered.

3 weeks for 1 package

I send an express mail to US which supposed to take 1-3 days for it took more than 10 days
