They are slow as a turtle

My cell phone was shipped on Friday 13 and it is now Friday 20...still waiting..I tracked it to Richmond bc ...it left there dec.17...no phone yet..?

Aweful service! Payed extra to have Christmas gifts arrive before Christmas and they sent it to the wrong province. Can only contact by subject a question, which will never be responded to. Will never ship through CP again.

Great service, excellent customer service, tracking and on time delivery, except when ordering products from the USA. These seem to take along time bouncing around different states before entering Canada.

Most reliable and expedient package delivery that I have ever used for domestic or international movements.

Guaranteed 2 day service..this is day 4, package still in Montreal on its 2nd day. Not impressed

Canada Post is my last choice- parcels are delayed (or lost). They almost never deliver by the target date.

I paid way too much !! My package that was guaranteed two day delivery is on day 4 !! Why did I pay for a service that is NOT guaranteed!! Over 30.00 in delivery fee to main hub ! Not PLEASED

This app is terrible and not much help. Still waiting delivery on a parcel mailed Dec. 3 going to Calgary.

The worst tracking system we . I’m never able to track my package!! Most time it arrives to destination before the tracking is updated . Pointless to give tracking #’s if it not useful!

Watch postman come to my door no doorbell no knock and no parcel in hand and left a card saying where to pick up my package . So why is there not another choice well for me I will be requesting a different delivery if ordering if not no purchase. Sorry canada post your not living up to service .
