My package was not put on hold and was send back to Europe! My waiting time is already 5.5 weeks and package is traveling back.... paid for poor service, how sad.

You pay to have a package delivered and it doesn't show on time, very frustrated. Why pay for shipping (extra) if the package won't arrive on time????

Any parcels I have mailed have been received quickly without delay

Should be canada maybe it will come or slowpost

Ordered a winter coat 2 weeks ago through Mark's store in St. John, NB it was shipped from Calgary, AB & as of Dec 13th item was processed in Montreal but here it is Dec. 20th & it's still sitting there. Crazy!

Been in Nova Scotia 2.5 years. Postal carrier is great. However today I had unpleasant experience at Kentville Postal outlet. The person I dealt with was the second person I have thought unpleasant since coming here 2.5 years ago. Thank goodness the rest of the folks have been pleasant and lovely. Merry Christmas!

Very frustrating and very slow to track a package.

What a joke,1 day service, took 5 days

CP saying the package has been delivered and it is nowhere to be found. Trying to say I picked it up already. Avoid this service if possible. Pity there is no -10 rate option.

Many times my orders have been returned. Yet same address used everytime.

i sent a packaged to winnipeg it is still not delivered the tracking indicate delivered but my cousin still have not received it more than a week now
