I paid a lot of money to have a package go to the US. Was hoping having a tracking number would make it helpful. My parcel never arrived and no one seems to be able to help. Next time I'll do UPS

Parcel mailed on December 4. It is now December 21 and tracking has the package still in Montreal! It took 11days to get that far and it still says "processed" I mailed it well before the deadline dates and it is bound for Vancouver.This service is pitiful and I will use private carriers the next time I need a package to get across the country in less than 3 weeks!

Intl package has not left Canada, since 26th November. Terrible service.Paid airmail fee..

Waiting for parcel to arrive at its destination ... going to see how tracking and delivery goes. I had a horrible experience with Canada Post a few years back after paying extra for a delivery and it was delivered and left at the wrong address ... it was a hand made gift for a funeral service ... it never made it on time ... heartbreaking! So now, we’ll see how this delivery goes!

Sent my package on December 10th and only one update and that was on the 14th. I paid for Tracking, should be more updates! Not Happy!!!

Package sent in October, held in storage facility since Nov 13th, couldn't get through to customer service due to high volume, then afew weeks later, package still at same storage facility. On hold for almost 1 hr , then service rep ws only able to give me a ticket number. Kinda like having to tell the mechanic to fix your car, leaving it at the garage for 2 months then having to tell him again to fix it, in the meanwhile hes moved it to a warehouse thinking you might forget about it because hes already been paid ....unbelieveable , btw can't rate because does not allow negative stars

I have been waiting since December 2 for a package from Manitoba airmailed to Montreal which is still enroute....humbug!

The tracking status is not moving for a week now!

Wont let me track my package and you're two days late with delivery. Not impressed ..

Wont let me track my package . You haven't updated it and my package was supposed to be here yesterday... not pleased

They told me it would take 3 days to send my package. It’s now been almost two weeks and it isn’t even close to its destination.

Went to canapost on Dec 5th with parcel to ship to Newfoundland. Was told item would arrive by 18th. Just tracked as spoke with father receiver of the parcel. Still nothing. Tracked and found it landed in Montreal on the 13th and today is in Dieppe. Better make it as granddaughter made something special. Should not take this long.

The worst tracking system we . I’m never able to track my package!! Most time it arrives to destination before the tracking is updated . Pointless to give tracking #’s if it not useful!

This organization is unable to help with anything. They conduct themselves as they please and offer no options to intercept a parcel before it gets on board of a truck nor are they aware if a parcel is on board the delivery truck or still in the warehouse. Canada post is awful. They can only tell me exactly what I already know. I spent 25 minutes on hold only to be told that nothing can be done for me. I guess it is what it is. We are all at the mercy of Canada Post.
