Not great. Told I could be refunded for a package not arriving on time if I sent Express. Didn't arrive on time and when I submitted a ticket for refund... was told I wasn't eligible.

It is an inefficient service as they may not be able to track a package once they have left Canada.

No real info re delivery other than they have the parcel

Incredible service and if there was an error they fix it right away especially through the camper post 800 number

Once Canada Post received the package from customs, delivery was very prompt, and a very friendly driver.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered the next day as paid (express) and now 5 days it hasn’t been delivered yet Do not make people pay more for something not worth it and not able to do it I am done with Canada post

My items said they would arrive 5 days before Christmas and now it’s saying may arrive January 2nd. Now the one thing my son asked for won’t be under the tree

3 parcels going to Hall Beach, Nunavut were processed rapidly from Alliston, Mississauga to Montreal (7:04 pm Tue. To :24 am Wed.), 14:26 pm We'd. Montreal says processed, Sat at 11:20 am I wonder where my parents have been for the past 3 days

Why has it been 4 days and my package is still only gone to missagua, that's 1hr from where it was posted at st main postal office?

You pay for 3 day priority shipping and the item still takes 8 days

Sent a small parcel December 6. It’s now December 21 And still not there

So much lost mail. Is it employees delivering to wrong address or are they keeping the mail? Luckily for them who knows

I pay for Express post for my mail to be delivered in3 days. But already 1 week now and I can't track my mail. Error in processing is not an option. You are paid to deliver in time!
