Very bad service. I am very disappointed because they are not even able to ship a package without losing it! BTW, I paid 213$ to ship it by air and nobody knows where it is now!

Trying to track my package, I paid for 3 day delivery 7 days ago and all the tracking info this gives me is that I dropped it off on the 14 th, it's not delivered yet, where is it. I am not shopping for a muffler I want to know where my important package is, the recipient needed it on Wednesday
