I’m appalled at this service, yes it is a busy time, but my parcel shipped from BC to Ottawa Ontario is now in its 9th business day and when I check the tracking # it has been in Montreal since day 4 of shipping. Now I know that Montreal to Ottawa is only a 2 hr drive. What is the delay??? Why does it take 4 business day to go 2hr away? And that doesn’t even include weekend time which I understand they work this time of year

Rerouted due to processing error. Totally unacceptable. Please advise

Very disappointed in Express post tracking. They have not updated where my package is since I dropped it off.

It is to bad they don’t have a quarter of a star because that would be too much to rate the service I have received

Over promised and under delivered. It will be a great day when these people no longer have jobs.

charges for mailing or shipping is outrageously expensive

Expensive and never on time. Should not be allowed to deliver for Amazon prime. They deserve a minus rating.

This site gives absolutely no information. Only the first day that the package was processed.

Slow it's supposed to be 3 day shipping that's what I payed for instead it's been atleast 5 now

Worst service ever

Paid triple the money to send a parcel that was to be delivered in two days on the third day it is still sitting at the post office and not out for delivery. I should have been there two days ago

Always have a great service from Canada Post

Mailed my package on the 12th if December. Was told it will be there in 3 to 4 days. Still hasn't arrived and according to the tracking info, it's been sitting in Montreal since the 16th. I'm going to start using FedEx.

So easy to follow only took 8 days very impressive
