I sent my item on December 02.The tracking says expected delivery is on December. Today is December 19 and it is still on transit.

8 days and counting to have something delivered from Burlington ON to Emsdale ON is unacceptable.

Very poor service. So disapointing!

Had a parcel mailed in Quebec on 12th. Paid extra for express and should arrive in Ontario on the 16th. It is now the 19th and parcel is still in Barrie for the last 2 days. Your system still says to be delivered Mon the 16th 3 days ago. Not very effient.

Dont pay for tracking, they never update it.

Totally rediculous service! I shipped a package which was scanned in my hometown on December 4th. My daughter stil. Hasn’t received it in Alberta, so I tracked it. It was still in Montreal as if the 15th!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE

I was told that my package would be delivered to it's destination in 2 to 3 business days. That was a week ago today. Thursday December 18th. This false information is annoying. Especially at this time of year. I can think of two shipping alternatives for my next shipping needs. The star I gave is overrated in my opinion

Horrible service 3rd time losing a package from Hamilton to London. Always reads in transit never gets to a facility or the recipient

This is the second year in row I've paid for next day delivery and 2 days later it's still not there

A flat rate box mailed from Enfield NS Dec. 9, has been in Montreal since Dec.13. Destination Vancouver

Bought the same item, from the same seller on Amazon at the exact same time for my bff and myself. Then I get a msg from Amazon stating that they decided to split my one purchase into 2 shipments " to expedite shipping at no extra cost to you!".. Yeah.. Awesome.. Except now, 5 days before Christmas, I have received 1 of the items (a day late) & have been told that Canada Post is REALLY sorry but it looks like the other item i ordered, which WAS out for delivery at 830am in the town i live in yesterday was sent to my town in error and has been rerouted to a diff location an hour away to be reshipped riiight back here. Then today another notice.. Yeahh.. The item they decided to make into its own shipment and that was supposed to be here 2 days ago is now somewhere in purgatory and if i dont see it by boxing day, im supposed to let them know!?! Epic fail

package to AB supposed t be delivered today dec 18, tracking info says in Montreal as of dec 14 nothing else.

Poor service. Postmen don't ring the doorbell, just leave the note to pick the parcel up at local post office. Can't be bothered to deliver the parcels, even though the charge good.money for it.
