My parcel sent from Halifax to Ottawa was processed in Montreal on Friday. Dec. 13, the tracking says it is in transit. Today is Dec 18. Why is it in transit for five days?

So grateful for such a great service. These guys try their best with a huge volume of mail.

Canada post has had my parcel since 10 Dec. Tracking says he will be delivered on 17 Dec. Today is the 18th and now tracking says parcel rerouted back for processing error. Not a happy customer.

Second time my parcel never reached the recipient!!!!!! The website claiming successfully delivered but nothing was received.

Worst service ever. Don't waste your time and money with them.

I can't keep track of my order website not working properly

Canada post is terrible, and completely unreliable. Horrible service that never shows up when they say they will.

They lose packages and are supposed to be a reliable source when you can’t trust them to deliver your items and they don’t have a customer support line how are you supposed to be confident where your package is.

Late delivery again

My package, was ship science November 30 today is the 18 December and package is not delivered yet, EE 196337157ca

Item is being shipped from province to province but staying in one province for multiple days even thought I paid for priority shipping. Shipping details not getting updated properly.

I used one of your prepaid boxes that told me 3 days delivery to Ottawa from N.S. and it took 10days. Very poor service.

This doesn’t tell me anything about where my package is. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!
